Privacy Policy

Effective Date: February 21, 2026  ·  Last Updated: March 14, 2026

Bail Bond Digital, LLC operates bailbonddigital.com and the IntelliBail platform. This policy explains what data we collect on this website, how we use it, and the rights you hold over it.

1. Who We Are

Bail Bond Digital, LLC ("Bail Bond Digital," "we," "us," or "our") is a marketing technology company headquartered at 12600 Deerfield Parkway, Suite 100, Alpharetta, Georgia 30004. We operate the website located at bailbonddigital.com (the "Site") and develop the IntelliBail platform, a proprietary operating system for bail bond agencies.

This Privacy Policy applies solely to your interaction with the Site. It does not govern the IntelliBail platform itself, which is subject to separate agreements executed between Bail Bond Digital and its agency clients.

If you have questions about this policy, please contact us at privacy@bailbonddigital.com.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information in the following ways:

Information You Provide Directly

When you submit a contact form, request a walkthrough, or otherwise correspond with us, we collect the information you choose to share: your name, email address, phone number, agency name, and any details you include in your message.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Site, our systems and third-party tools automatically collect certain technical and behavioral data, including:

  • IP address and approximate geographic location derived from it
  • Browser type, version, and operating system
  • Device identifiers and characteristics
  • Pages viewed, time spent, referring URL, and navigation path
  • Search terms that led you to the Site
  • Interaction events (clicks, scrolls, form engagement)
  • Cookie identifiers and similar persistent tokens (see Section 5)

Inferred and Appended Information

Through the use of identity intelligence and data enrichment technologies described in Section 3, we may infer additional attributes about Site visitors, including company affiliation, industry classification, and likely business intent. We may also append information from third-party data providers to records we already hold.

Important Disclosure

3. Identity Intelligence Technology

Bail Bond Digital deploys proprietary and third-party identity intelligence technology on this Site, including a tracking mechanism commonly referred to as the "IntelliBail pixel." This section provides a complete and transparent disclosure of how that technology operates.

What Identity Intelligence Does

Identity intelligence is the process of connecting fragmented signals from a single visitor or device into a unified, persistent identity record. When you visit bailbonddigital.com, our pixel and associated infrastructure may perform the following operations:

  • Device fingerprinting: Analysis of technical attributes of your browser and device (user agent string, screen resolution, installed fonts, hardware configuration, and other characteristics) to generate a probabilistic device identifier.
  • Cross-device matching: Correlation of activity across multiple devices believed to belong to the same individual, using deterministic signals (such as a logged-in email address) or probabilistic inference.
  • Identity graph lookups: Matching your device identifiers, IP address, or behavioral patterns against third-party identity databases to infer or confirm your name, email address, employer, job title, or other professional attributes.
  • Behavioral profile building: Aggregating your browsing activity, page engagement, and return visits to build a behavioral profile associated with your inferred identity.
  • Third-party data appending: Enriching collected records by linking them to commercially available data, including business contact databases, intent data providers, and account-level firmographic sources.

Purpose of Collection

We use identity intelligence data for the following marketing purposes on this Site:

  • Identifying high-intent visitors who may be qualified prospects for our services
  • Enabling targeted advertising to visitors and their professional peers across third-party platforms
  • Attributing marketing spend and optimizing campaign performance
  • Personalizing outreach and follow-up communications

Opt-Out of Identity Intelligence and Marketing Tracking

You may opt out of identity intelligence tracking and all marketing technologies on this Site by using our tool, selecting "Do not sell or share my personal information," or by emailing privacy@bailbonddigital.com with the subject line "Opt-Out Request."

Note that opting out of identity intelligence tracking will not affect your ability to use the Site or access its content. Opt-out signals are stored in your browser via a consent cookie. If you clear your cookies or use a different device, you may need to re-submit your preference.

Important Distinction

The identity intelligence technology described above is used by Bail Bond Digital on its own website for internal marketing purposes. It is a separate application from the IntelliBail platform capabilities that we make available to our agency clients under separate written agreements. Data collected through this Site's pixel is not made available to agency clients and is not commingled with data processed within the IntelliBail platform on behalf of agencies.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information described in Sections 2 and 3 for the following purposes:

  • Responding to inquiries: Processing contact form submissions and scheduling walkthrough conversations.
  • Marketing and advertising: Identifying qualified prospects, running targeted campaigns across digital platforms, and measuring the effectiveness of our marketing spend.
  • Analytics and site improvement: Understanding how visitors use the Site so we can improve content, navigation, and conversion experience.
  • Lead attribution: Connecting marketing activity to business outcomes, including tracking which channels, campaigns, or content pieces generate qualified inquiries.
  • Legal compliance: Meeting our legal and regulatory obligations, responding to lawful requests, and enforcing our agreements.
  • Security: Detecting and preventing fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized use of our systems.

We do not sell personal information to third parties for their independent commercial purposes outside the scope of this policy.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies on this Site. You can manage your preferences at any time using our tool.

Essential Cookies

These cookies are necessary for the Site to function and cannot be disabled. They include session management tokens, security controls, and load-balancing cookies. No consent is required for essential cookies.

Analytics Cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 to measure site traffic and visitor behavior. These cookies are only set with your consent. Data collected is aggregated and used to improve the Site. You can opt out at any time through our Cookie Preferences tool or by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Marketing and Identification Cookies

The IntelliBail pixel and any associated marketing platform tags (including but not limited to advertising pixels from Google, Meta, or LinkedIn) set cookies used for identity intelligence, audience building, and ad targeting as described in Section 3. These are only active with your consent.

6. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We share your information in the following circumstances:

Service Providers and Data Processors

We engage trusted third-party vendors who process data on our behalf, including cloud infrastructure providers, email delivery services, CRM platforms, analytics providers, and advertising technology partners. These vendors are contractually bound to process data only as directed by us and may not use it for their own independent purposes.

Advertising Platforms

With your consent, we share hashed identifiers, behavioral signals, and audience segment data with advertising platforms (such as Google and Meta) to enable targeted campaigns and audience matching. This sharing is for purposes of displaying our advertisements and does not constitute a sale of personal information for the platform's independent use.

Identity Data Providers

With your consent, our identity intelligence technology interacts with third-party identity graph and data enrichment providers. These providers contribute data under their own privacy policies and terms. We use their data only to enrich our own records and do not transfer your collected information to them without limitation.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, prevent fraud, or ensure the safety of any person.

Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or other corporate transaction, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity, subject to the same privacy protections described in this policy.

  • Analytics data: Governed by Google Analytics data retention settings, typically 14 months for user-level data.
  • identity intelligence records: Retained for up to 24 months following the last observed activity associated with the record, after which they are purged or de-identified.
  • Opt-out records: Retained indefinitely to honor your stated preferences.

When data is no longer required, we delete or anonymize it using industry-standard procedures. Where complete deletion is not technically feasible (such as in encrypted backups), we isolate the data from further processing.

9. Security

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include:

  • TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your browser and our servers
